Model EV% is expected profit per $100 at the listed price if the model's projection is right. It comes from the projection alone, not from where the market sits.
Misprice is market data: how far a book's line and price sit from the market consensus. It is kept separate from Model EV on purpose; one is the model, the other is the market.
